How do I delete my account?

Open Profile, then Settings, then Delete Account. You can also request a deletion email at /delete-account.

Why is birth time important?

Birth time affects rising sign and house placement calculations. If you do not know your exact birth time, chart details tied to houses or the ascendant may be approximate.

My city is not showing up.

If your town is too small to appear, choose the nearest larger city in the same timezone.

Why is a compatibility invite not arriving?

Ask your friend to check spam or promotions folders, and make sure the invitation was sent to the same email address they plan to use for registration.
